This will be my entry, the 1/48 Accurate Miniatures IL-2 early single seater with skis. Very few of these aircraft we modified to use skis as it was found that the wheeled undercarriage worked just as well from groomed runways as did the skis. There are several well documented ski equipped aircraft however, as I plan to deviate from the kit supplied markings.
