This kit is squarely on my 'Kits I want to buy' list as I have a real soft spot for the Daimler armoured car, ever since I was a kid and read the Commando comic 'Sergeants Don't Run'. I'll be watching with interest!

Beware of the wheel mountings, theyโ€™re apparently very tricky to build, to the extent that people have been making 3D-printed replacements for them.

Cool! He's got the title wrong (I still have a copy) but still, very cool!

Finally made a start on this one, the seat was a total pain to put together, I nearly threw it in the bin, but it can be seen inside, so I had to persevere with it.

Well at least youโ€™ve started Ian. If itโ€™s any solace, you want to try doing it in 1/72 :upside:

Got a little bit more work done. Started making the ammo bins.

                    Looking good Ian.

Gecko etch beat me once, I found it far too fiddly, but you seem to be taming it here.

Thanks Andy, it is very fiddly.

                        That's looking amazing Ian.
Strength isn't about what you can do, rather it's about overcoming what you thought you couldn't do.

mmmmm... It does look a bit of fun with fiddlyness. ~I might hold clicking that purchase button and see how the rest of the build goes.

                          Great progress thus far. :thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2:

It should look very detailed with all the photo-etch.

                            Geoff.

This is looking good, got the etch tamed and doing what you command.
                              Chair in the front row...
