Hello Richard, Jim, and Scotttie.
I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for lovely comments. I have total confidence in myself.
OK now the real post, I'm terrified.. I remember when I bought this at Telford, Darren assured me it go's together really well ,? I thought...then I opened the box back at the hotel, o nearly took it back to him the next day. Let's hope things go in my favour?, one can only try.😂 1Comment

Afternoon all,
Ian,
Thanks for looking in and the moral support, I can see the day I start building this, any street cred I had in the modeling bank going straight out of the window. But all mistakes are a learning curve I suppose
.
Steve,
Welcome matey, interesting is the operative word. Will be entering totally Virgin territory on this one. I have only dealt with resin figure builds up to now and they generally are quite substttantial pieces and PE I have avoided at every opportunity. Just have to take it slow and VERY carefully.

Hi John,
I built this last year, it's a bit tricky but not too bad.
you might find my thread helpful-I've tried to attach a link, let's see if it works.
if not, here's the long version
Right then, I’m going for it! This is a resin kit from Tommy’s War, and comes with somewhat of a reputation, I believe. And if it all goes pear-shaped I am blaming @Steve Brodie for his post in Scratchbuilder's Thread here ('https://www.scale-models.co.uk/threads/british-motorcycle-tr-model-h.41754/post-679794'). I’ve never
best of luck

Neil,
Cheers mate for posting the above for me, have not had time to read through and absorb any of it yet, but just a quick scan does not alleviate any of the misgivings that have been growing with every piece of info i read. You are a Gentleman, it will certainly help me along the way.

Neil,
Cheers mate, we will see.
Hi Mike,
Interesting certainly describes it, yes indeed.
Well I actually made a start.
Nothing earth shattering but from little acorns....... The little strip of tape was the only way I could see to glue the spokes to the wheel without it moving, fixing points are very vague, I gather that is a slight issue with this kit. So if I can do it once I can do 7 more times
.
