    Tamiya Porsche 911 GT3 RS 1/24

    Afternoon all,

I will be building this for the GB.

I had clipped a few parts of the sprue before I remembered to take photo's, hence some gaps.

So far I have just built the chassis and rear suspension.

Off to a fine start on one the most iconic supercars ever. Looks rather fiddly but lovely detail.

                  Afternoon all.

I got the cabin completed over the weekend. Just noticed when posting that there are some water marks on the seats that I need to remove.

Cheers gents. Just noticed as couple of fingerprints that need removing before the shell goes on.

                        Cheers guys,

Polished up the body yesterday. This had been painted, decalled and glossed over the last couple of weeks, leaving several days each for the paint and gloss coats to fully cure. I'm quite happy with the finish, managed to get quite a glossy look.

And I also fitted some of the other body accoutrements, bumpers, engine cover, louvres, etc.

And to finish off I got the wheels painted and the centre caps and tyres added.

Other than the glass all the other parts are now painted so I can move on to final assembly.
