Got some more done to this one, got the decals on and started the weathering process.

I'm doing the salt method on one of the oil drums as if it's an old one beaten up a little.

          Hi Ian
Looks fun. You have turned out a nice looking model from an old, simple and very cheap kit. I have heard of 'the salt method' but not tried it. Interested to see how it turns out.

noce looking job so far. Looking forward for the 'salted' barrel. I have tried it on a volkswagen kit and I quite like the chipping effect you get with this method.

Well I've moved on a little with this one, not sure if I should or will make a base for it. Still a few little things to do before its completed.

That's coming along very nicely Ian. Big question is though: does it run?

Hi Dave I'm sorry to say the motor runs, but due to the tight fitting of the hull the tracks and sprockets don't.

It really needs a base to show it off to its full potential. It really is a super build. Well done sir:thumb2:

Ian, very nice built. I would agree with Steve, a nice base will make more justice

                            Pity!

Is that gonna take you over the £5?

Good question Dave. It probably would, oop::rolling:
So I'll post some pictures of it completed, then build a base for it. :tongue-out3:
