    Pete's 99p Hasegawa 1/72 FW190 - completed

Finished this bargain buy. Really nice kit to build, especially considering its age, and the fact that it only cost me 99p, as the seller thought it was incomplete. In fact the box included an incomplete sprue from another identical kit.
Mostly used Vallejo paint - airbrushed the underside and the lighter top colour, brush painted the splinter camo and some details.
    Here it is:

And here with the last FW190 I built, this time an Eduard Profipack:

The Eduard kit might be better, but the Hasegawa was more fun, and better than 1/12th the price.

    Cheers
    Pete

    Hi Pete
Well it just goes to show that with skill and patience a great result can be got for very little money. And as you say "more fun".

there's great satisfaction to be had from building a bargain- unless it's Simon T's Hummer.....

Pete, an excellent addition to the completed models for the £5 Cosford Challenge.
            A very nice build.

Thanks Tony! Yes, maybe not the best, but probably the cheapest! And I still have a set of decals left too.
