    Academy 1/35 Jagpanzer 38(t) Hetzer

    nice kit this is , goes together well, has nicely detailed parts plastic tracks and pe grill cover and exhaust


    Only fiddly bit is the MG it's difficult to fit with the hatch open, I haven't decided what to do with it yet so I opened them just in case I put it in a dio and add a figure

          Superb work on the build and the weathering and the mud effect works perfectly doesn't look stuck on looks so natural

              real nice build Alan,i do like her,very well done with the weathering and nice muddy look as well,


              can pickup the reddish tint to it as well,


              what color base did you use ?


              and also the red wash plz,

                The base colour is revels Africa brown number 17 with a dry brush of revel panzer gray number 78 ,a pin wash of leather brown 84 , the mud is three layers of humbrol dark earth weathering powder sealed with a thinned pva then thick dabs of revell Earth brown 87

                            Cheers folks I appreciate that , after some consultation with a couple of bods I've decided to put this on a base but now I have to find out what the Germans used for flooring in houses in Germany in 1945 ??
