    Rick’s 1/48 Tamiya Panzer IV Ausf.J

I just finished this. Great little kit. Out of the box with plasticard shurzen per the instructions. The only thing to beware of is when fitting the turret armour - fit the curved section first then the side panels.
AK paint and Mig pigments for the weathering.

Love a Pz IV and especially the H version with the schurzen.
Looks a nice kit Rick and a great result.

Decided I needed a break from aircraft and try some different skills and techniques.
I’ve always wanted to do a German tank and liked the look of this one. There’s a Takom Panzer III Ausf M in 1/35 and Tamiya T-55 in 1/48 when I get back from holiday.

That's a splendid looking tank thing you've made there. Spot on.

That's a great result, Rick. 1/48 is a very nice scale to work with.
