Bren Gun Carrier in North Africa....Finally Finished!

Hi guys, thought I'd better post my latest creation from the man cave here as well as on the Facebook page for those of you who don't Facebook.

Have had this on the go for ages and finally pleased to have reached completion!

OOB build of Tamiya 1:35 Universal Carrier, with the only extra being the rear passenger in addition to the Milliput Cobra!

Colour in the photos are not the best as under artificial light but as always comments and feedback welcome.

    Cheers

    Rich

Cracking job Richard, very simple - yet effective, with some detailed painting and weathering.

I enjoyed making the carrier for my coutances dio, small kit but great to put together.

I'd identify the species of Cobra as the "Egyptian Banded" ........ fantastic idea

Cheers mate, certainly is the Egyptian Banded Cobra, or the aim of being so :-)

The aim is to try and put a living creature in all future builds as a sort of tag, failing that it will need to be flowers....why? All stems from a comment at the club knocking my ketternkraftrad build being told flowers would not be there...my response...i wasn't there! Become a bit of a joke since, with Ade Close Enough who posts on here who I believe will aim to be putting a bucket in all of his

                  Cheers Rich

it was a forum tradition to include a bucket in your diorama's

                        I like it.

I try to put an animal of some sort onto the base to give an extra talking point.
