M48 A3 Patton, Vietnam Club Build Completed

I did my first armor for a Vietnam club build, managed 2nd place so was happy

I scratch built the crates, bed rolls and ropes/cables and used guitar strings for the aerials.

    Comments always welcomed

    Cheers

    Adrian

                Thanks all.

Thats what a few others said, it was a French figure from what I heard, I didnt actually see it , lol

I built the tank in a week then took a month on and off to get the weathering right, I kept going back to it till I was told to leave it alone ( by my Mom of all people )

It should be at IPMS if I manage to get there, Mom's in hospital right now so have to look at my priorities.

                Cheers

                Adrian

A beautiful looking tank mate and well done on the 2nd place.

The scratch work is first rate and the base sets it off nicely.

5 well earned stars from me.

                  Tony.
