    Bronco Valentine "Bishop" spg

Well I have been tinkering with the oils and pigments over a couple of days, and I think I better stop while I am ahead.

A great kit with loads of detail. There is a transmission and gear box as well, but I'm saving that for another valentine. An engine would of been nice!

One thing to watch out for, are the skirts. I found that I had glued the hull top to well down and the track covers where pulled down in the centers, so the side skirts where a pain to get to fit!! So glue the top deck to the hull only at the front and back!

    Nuff waffle.

    Comments welcome.

I like that Ian, very nicely finished off.

It's got a weird, yet pleasing shape to it

add another 5* to the collection and have a 10/10 for the rust effect alone.

ps ... about the gearbox etc, do you mean this model came with gearbox/tranny and no engine and the other in your stash has engine but no gearbox/tranny ?... how weird !! .. but will make for a very detailed next build if you can stick it all in the one model

Thanks for the comments chaps. Most appreciated.

Colin. The Kit has the reduction and gear box, and the doors to the compartment can be opened to show it. There is no Engine in any of the kits. That is a thing that will need to be scratch built or found as an after-market item. Then there's the small problem of opening the hatches up.

Some of the kits (which are all the Mini Art kit, but there was a bit of cooperation with, Bronco, who did the Bishop) have none of the gear box things in the kit. So by saving these I can put them in a kit that does not have them. If I ever find a motor, I'll have one and do the full Monty on it.
