Dave Ward's Meng 1/35 FT-17 Riveted Turret Completed

I had intended to put this in diorama, with 3 figures - sadly the figures have defeated me, specifically, the painting of the faces. Still, the Tank has been completed
The Meng FT-17, with riveted turret is a nice build, the parts fit well, the instructions are excellent - no problems at all.
I've now found out that I can't do figures anymore, ain't life a b***h

Hi Dave
These early tanks make really nice models. The centenary of WW1 has meant a lot of documentaries on TV. You have a model to be proud of. Nice to hear you confirm the quality of MENG kits.

Although the two other tanks are from a year or so ago, a comparison between 3 tanks

At the top, the HobbyBoss St Chamond, on the left the HobbyBoss Schneider ...........and the Meng FT-17.
The Schneider has fiendishly difficult tracks, otherwise all reasonable models. Painting is the real challenge with these beasts
