"Tanks a Bunch" 570, believe it or not I had more fun mucking around with the base than I did with the model. Just a chunk of 1/2 inch styrafoam, some modeling paste, paints and some scenic grass.:smiling5:

Tim, just when you thought you'd seen it all.....I dropped another bomb on ya! This GB presented me with an opportunity to knock out both of my stashed SU-100's.....sort of 2 for the price of one. I hadn't intended to do a beute version, but decided it would be more interesting for folks what was following all the Rooskie builds going on. As to the base....I just couldn't resist playing with my new toy (Woodland Scenics Static King). Sure does make the grass stand up! Now, where'd I park me lawn mower!!!.....Glad you liked it Sir. :thumb2:
