Ah yes Tim, I'll see what I have in the decorating stash. I may even end up doing a few backdrops in different colours for future use.

A simple way to get coloured background for photography is to go to a stationer’s — they’ll probably (at least around here) have sheets of thin card in various colours, usually about A2 size.

One thing I noticed was that the windows were a little thick and sit slightly proud. I'm assuming that with a lot of sanding and polishing work I could thin them down

It’d be simpler to just cut new ones from clear plastic sheet

True, but some of us come from Yorkshire, where spending money is virtually a crime if you could have made it yourself from left-overs :smiling5:
