    Scotties Completed Tilly

Many thanks again to Mr Dewire for his very kind gift. I hope I have done his kindness justice. I added some etch wipers from the spares box and knocked up a door mirror.
Finally it has been placed on an old base.

Anyway enough waffle, thanks for the encouragement along the way. It has given me the confidence to attempt another resin kit.

              Now come on Paul,

You've done a magnificent, and I mean magnificent job on your first resin kit. A tip of me hat to you my friend and it sits perfect on the old dio base too!!!! I knew that 2 gallon bottle of CA would be of use.............

                  Hi Scottie
That is a really nice model. Your first resin model looks to have been fine to put together and it was built quickly. I'm sure it won't be your last foray into resin kits. I think once you feel happy with resin kits there are a lot of very unusual kits out there which are not available in styrene. Another big tick on your list of modelling skills :thumb2:

Allen, Thanks matey really glad you approve. Think I might tart up the base a bit and use it. At least I can save the other 2 gallons for future builds.

Jim, Yes it wasn't to bad to assemble it was a fairly simple build with only a few parts. It taught me a lot especially how brittle thin resin parts are. It certainly wont be my last go at resin. many thanks for the positive feed back.
