    1 48 Jackal

    Well if there one thing when feeling like oop: at least I was able to complete this little beast.
    Not heavily weathered, no stowage or crew, not even a single bit scratched!
    Anyway, here you are...

                Nice job Lee. I was lucky enough to see them seriously close up at Bovington when they came back from the Middle East. They can take some abuse for sure. Watched the maintenance guys 'cut and shut' three of them to get two back on their wheels and returned to their unit.
                Have the Jackal on my short wish list.

                  As long as they do the job and keep the crew safe, that's the important thing.
                  It's a nice kit, goes together easy enough, my issue was the side door hinges! They kept falling out the joints! Rectified by gluing it shut! Lol

                    Formula 1 could learn much from the Jackal. One had IED damage to the front - very nasty. However! What amazed me were the two front wheels were still attached by tethers to the vehicle AND whilst much of the tyre was missing, the tyres were still inflated!!
