Although the Hetzer was produced by CKD & Skoda Jim, they still worked according to the rules laid down by the Germans.
So for most if its production the Hetzer would have had an off-white or ivory interior. By early 1944 it was becoming common for crews to repaint the hatches in Dunkelgelb so as to be less noticeable to enemy aircraft.
There's little documentary proof, but it's likely that in the last few months of 1945 the interiors were left in red oxide primer.
