Just a personal thing, even if factory fresh a bit of dust on the wheels would finish it ( in my humble opinion)

Nice, looking very good. Personally I'd go with the dust suggestion. Have you seen the Humbrol decal fix+water+ weathering powder videos? You can reactivate it as much as you like or even wash it off and it looks good for these kits, the guy does it with sand etc... In The video on the humbrol channel

Damm, was going for that idea as well ( sometime in the not so near future mind) i fyou have netflix or something similair they have a series on their called 'Bomb Patrol' - US bomb squads in Afghanistan, quite funny in places but great videos of these beasts in action and the guys defusing 'nasties' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2134413/

Thanks peeps, wiring on the laptop was very fiddly, it was doing my head in as the wire is mighty fine! I like to think that it adds to the detail...

Outstanding work my friend! I know you will finish it off with just the right amount of weathering, can't wait to see it done! A nice simple sandy base is all that is needed IMO. The Beast more than speaks for itself.................Jim
