Mk IV Top Tower Supply Tank & Sledge

Hello everyone
I'm another refugee from Military Modelling but also a returning member I was converting a Emhar Mk IV into a supply tank with a supply sledge.

This is just some of the wok I did.
Added springs to the vision port flaps, added 2 bolts above vision slits which would have reflector boxes on the the inside,Removed rivet under the Lewis gun.ballmounting, removed and added the right nuts & bolts ot the angle iron running along the lower edge.

Made escape hatch for the drivers cab roof. added missing rivets to the side of the cab, replaced pistol port pivots with nut & studs and added stops.
Remade the rear lookout hatch . Added missing pistol port.

The two sponsons (original one on the left) and converted it to the one on the right .Removed all suface details and boxed in the main gun, M/G apacher.
Lightly filled with Mr Surface 1000 and sanded, added pistol ports, viewing slots which are block, added new rivets to front & sides.

Made up fuel tank and missing return flange and rivets.

Used gluing jig to hold hull all nice and square .

Made up stowage protector box .Fitted Takom tracks instead of vinyl one supplied in the kit.

Made retaining pin for front tow eye also thined down lower half of tow eye. Made & added missing drivers floor pistol port, flated rivet heads on leading edge & side insteard of domed ones.Made & added envelope radiator filler and armour plate, also fitted rea convoy light wire.

Made new M/G using brass 2.5, 2.0 mm tubing.

Primed the body and the tranks, all painted by hand using my Artex roller :smiling4:

Base coat on and all paint as usual with the garden broom
