    Hi managed to tame humppey the camel and added some detailing,all his missing toes, made & fitted some bridal reians and gave the rider a crop stick.





    Made and gave these two wrist watches.


    Made and gave these two pistol lanyards.




    Made rifle sling from pewter.

      Hi, got the figures primed.

      All work is H/Painted.


      Gave the inside of the tank a coat of off white .


      Started work on the palm trees, made the leaves, and the trunks now whaiting for the Das clay to come in the post :sad:

                  The way I make them . The trunks are made from copper wire and covered in Das clay and textured. The palm leaves or fronds, copper wire for the stem with masking tape doubled over and cut to shape to make the leaves. The fruit will be cocnuts which are actually peppercorns and the hair under the lower leaves is the mesh of a dark scouring pad teased apart .

                        nice work Peter. I missed the start but did some catch up to stay up-2-dated. Like the palm trees very much. looking forward to see how the trunk comes out.
