Hi bit more done, tracks were washed and buffed with wire wool then primer, the decals also applied they were the thinnest I've ever come across and a bit of a nightmare to be honest.

That's some finish you've managed with the brush.:thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:.
I forgot to look for Pledge this morning when shopping, will try to remember next week .

                Pete,
That looks the business, The non slip works a treat, it is supposed to be non slim and not a model of the Alps, so well done on being subtle. As for the Kleer/Pledge get a bottle and it will last you for ages, I have a bottle hear that is over three years old and still near the full mark. Painting by brush, you seem to have managed the change from airbrush to paint brush well. Decals, most markings in any unit were put on the vehicle by the crew or part thereoff, so delicacy would not be their forte... :rolling:.
Overall you should be well pleased with what you have achieved so far.
                Mike.

Hi John you're telling me I was going for a ripple finish and it come out flat.
As for the Klear may have sorted it.
                  Pete.

                      Pete,

                      Really looking the "DB's" now.

What method did you finally use for the lenses ?

                      Paul.

Hi Paul I watch the the video and had ago using the shiny ribbon but don't like at all.
This is the way I've done them before by using Sharpie permanent marker pens, two or three coats seems to work but practice first to stop getting streaks, one long stroke if possible.
                          Then just cut to size.
