Update,
The hull is now in surface primer, Vallejo Russian Green 73.609. BUT! when comparing it to current British Armour colours it could form the base colour and work from there. What do you think?

My only concern would be how the weathering would effect the primer coat especially if its Vallejo and also all that metal work.
