        Morning Bob

Looks like a fun like motivator and Andy's You Tube build & paint was really cool to watch

Go on, you can do it and take the mojo boost back to Stug production

        Have fun and take care

        regards

Nice one Bob, the unusual camo pattern is sure going to an interesting one to paint:smiling:

That’s nowhere near as difficult as it may seem. On the real thing the black lines were hand-painted too, so they were’t perfectly even either. (In other words: modellers sometimes try to be too perfect, IMHO ) Just practice a little to try and get lines that are reasonably evenly wide, and you should do okay.

                  Good challenge Bob!
The M47 Republic of Korea Marine Corps. tank I built on here has a similar kind of camo. I penciled in all the pattern outline and then starting with the lightest, I painted in the various colours. Then the black bits.

A right ball ache marking out, but with a bit of planning it turned out to be relatively straight forward - But then again, I brush paint.....

                  Good luck.. :thumb2:

                    That's a surprise Bob.
I'm sitting at the front as it's not very big .
You could do it in Russian colours, not too complex . !
                    Take care

Hi Steve, hope you are ok?

Been busy either sleeping or reading ( again) a few of my tiny StuG book collection. Watching Andy building this odd thingy got me interested!

Thanks Fernando, yep that paint job will be a challange!!

Thanks Simon, just bought the Mr Color lacquer paints from John.

Made a small start today in between hiding from everybody else!!

                      Take care all
