Trip to the dark side, oh ere

    Afternoon all

Just recovering from a first bash at the dark and dangerous art of a good old scratchy:hungry:

Needed to make a engine deck rack and to be honest i did not have a scooby doo. With the very, very generous help and support from Simon who even kindy made scale plans i bought plastic strip and had a go. Used a old StuG to practice on

Can see that the track bar is a tad to long and need to do neater edges but i am over the moon, little things please little minds lol

I know its very basic but its given me confidence to have a go at other racks, spare wheel brackets!!

    Thank you very much Simon!!!

    Off for a lie down:thumb2:

Now that a plan gone wrong Steve lol. Its a old Dragon which i converted to a A2, i hoped that after i had cut out the gunners hatch i could use the hatch on the latest A2 but its totally a different shape. Next plan is try to copy the hatch of the new B!!

                  Pleased myself but more practice!!

Cheeky, in fact the gunner loved curry and he lit a crafty fag:flushed:
