Hi Mike
I had my jab last week. My arm ached a little for just a day.
As always I'm very impressed with your scratch work. It is always so clean, neat and looks the part.

I am allergic to Penicilin, so that may have been the problem, none of the reccomended reactions. In bed Monday night, I violently shook for about five hours, could not even hold the paper to read about the symptoms. Mind you she had hers, and the new lining on her tongue looks fantastic, even got racing stripes so she can talk faster......

Update,
Been a while since I last posted, so nothing missed....
The pipework, various parts, rifle rack for the driver, electrical wiring etc now inside the hull and primed...


The wiring that goes across the fron inside has been replicated, and the steering levers rebuilt....

The drivers compartment engine bay side wall is also complete....

Bit blurred but will do pics once painted.
All that is left of the inside is to complete the roof inside details, ramp actuating rods, wiring for the coms and lamps etc.

Again sorry for the blurred images, will do better next time.

Update - more.
The inside of the roof is now complete and primed ready for some paint.

The corners will not be seen so the corner swivel joints will be added just befor painting, also the insrtument panel facia is in the centre. The square panel on the left is for internal communications equipment.

And another view - once painted then other details will be added like instruments on the main panel and in front of the driver.
Once I have the base coat on then it will be back to the Chieftain ARV.

Update.
Two further pics I forgot to add to the update the other day.
First is the stowage box and second is the new commanders seat and frame to replace the kit effort.

The Awards Committee had a very quick meeting here at Race Towers, the unanimous out come is to award the Dogs now instead at the end due the skill that has been shown.

Scottie, Pleased you like the seat, so much better that a lump of plastic.
Decided to leave the Chieftain ARV alone for a little longer and threw some paint at the interior. once I have that completed I can then close up the vehicle interior and concentrate on the exterior and exterior stowage boxes tool boxes etc.
