Well gave it a tight filter coat early this morning

This seemed to really settle down the garishness and pull it all together ,then the trials and tribulations of the satin varnish


Have since blocked the tracks in and added the decals (yuch!!!) Will update after a bit more progress. Dave.

Day off from garden duties, after nearly two months without a proper session at the bench have got back into it a bit better today ,as they a bit like riding a bike. Dave

Thanks Si yeah it all seems a bit garish scary even but surprising that was one coat straight over the bare acrylic, it changes completely settles down a treat ,being a tight git i use the tri tonal filter one bottle covers three colours ,the original mig filters are the best found this little bottle on evil Bay. D
