That is a great result of a very odd vehicle. What they were trying to make it look like I have no idea. But you have achieved an excellent facsimile of the real thing.

I think the inspiration was the Neubaufahrzeug — a turret with two guns, one above the other, a machine gun turret right front and left rear, and sponson(-like things) inside the tracks.
