Happy New Year Joe!!! Hope you and the family are well in uptown Ohio. Great Job on the figgies and I love the tanker with the Stalin 'stash' the most. This is gonna be really tops when it all comes together Sir!!!! Take care.
Apologies once again everyone for being delayed in posting… Damn people keep coming to work sick with “just a cold“… Do I want just a cold? No of course NOT,,,nobody does… anyway
I have not had much time at the bench since I did not think that a coat or two of snot makes a good matte varnish after painting a figure.
but the last few days I did make some progress on the German attack troops
still a work in progress to finish up the camo add some additional shading and then faces hands etc. details details details
good afternoon on a very icy cold wintry day here in Central Ohio. A few updates on the German troops working on gearing them up and the last photo is what I am going to scratch build for the base. I believe Royal model has this kit but I want to re-create it from scratch. More pics to come in the future. Stay warm and healthy everyone
Hi Joe.......I think all that "lumber" is available at "Starbucks" lumberyard. It is my understanding that for the price of a cup of coffee (would be good on a day like this) you can help yourself to all the neat building materials they have on display next to the cream and sugar!!:tongue-out3::tongue-out2::tongue-out:
Cheers and stay warm, Rick H.
Beautiful camo work Joe.
Spent the #$%^&^%$%^&&^%)()(*() day shoveling. Thought being a couple hundred miles south of Buffalo would give me a break in my 75 year old dotage. A couple inches of ice covered in 6" of snow for 120' of driveway & 80' of sidewalk. Quite a workout, my cardiologist would be pleased.
