    Tim,
Still working away, but at a slower pace, now into a pattern of assembly so should be done with the tracks and then finish off the base with some tidying up.

Wow, that Zhivago camouflage is really effective John….you could almost be in Siberia looking at that!

That was my answer as well.... How can you model what you cannot see, but apparently you can 'see' it......

Actually I looked at the Fruil set and ordered one :sad-face:, but still kept plugging away at the problem. I will let you know how the sets compare.
I was wondering too with all that work that looked similar to the Fruil assembly.

              Cheers,
              Richard

To be fair to Friul Richard I've used them on many occasions and never had a problem. Now if I with one good eye and the bad one covered can do them any one can.
As to those evil looking thing Mike had Id have to give up.

                  Quick update,
Still on with building the tracks, have one set finished but ran out of brass wire so had to scout around for more. Thanks to Eileens Emporium for having some in stock and a fast return, progress will now move on.
Sorry John, but would have bought from the shop had you held any.
                  Mike.

Still some more work to do with stowage and 'bedding in' onto the base, then off to the complete section.
                    Cheers
                    Mike.

Just about to go and feed from the trough and caught your comment.
Many thanks, it looks better in real life, will try some shots outside on a dull day.
                        Mike.

True, they were starting to drag a bit, but the fobia about Sherman tracks has bee put to bed
