    Ron's what-if Jagdpanzer E60

I'd thought I had posted this here a while back, oops ! Construction is nearly complete, primer to follow soon with an as-yet undecided base. Will post pics of that later, hope you all like this so far ! It has been a fun build...

It’s odd, looking at the photos it gives the impression something went wrong with them, and made them too wide — like stretching a 4:3 TV show to fit 16:9 widescreen TV. But then you get to the ones with the figures next to the vehicle and the model turns out to actually look like that

          Hi Jakko,
Yeah once I opened the box, thats the first thing I noticed is how much real estate this takes up. I'd already planned beforehand to use the tracks from Pzkpfw VII Lowe that I had onhand from an earlier failed project. The kit tracks are anemic and way too flat.

Hi AJ, glad you like it, Thanks. Hmmm... not sure about it's origin, possibly World Of Tanks game, perhaps... ? I'm not a gamer but saw this kit done up on Youtube and wanted to do my own spin on it.

It's a beauty. The figs really give it scale.

What a great idea. Love all the little details and the figure to give an idea of size.

Thanks Jim, my choice of extra-wide tracks I know makes an already-huge vehicle look almost cartoonishly bigger, but, I love it anyway. It's exactly what I had in mind.

I’m not sure, but I think it’s just a manufacturer’s what-if, possibly based on speculation on the Internet or even a real suggested design from the war that was never actually made even as a mockup.
