                    More work progress on the turret, both smoke grenade launchers now in place with new wiring and tops to the smoke pots...

                    Also the barrel is now in place and the canvas straps that hold the thermal jacket to the mantlet...

                    And now test fitting the new commanders cupola - undecided yet to fit this or the clamshell cupola (already done the split cupola)....

                                Thanks for the praise Jim.
                                The buckles came from the thermal blanket etch set for a Challenger 2, but I only used the end for the buckle. But Aber do a set of buckles 35 A21 and they come in different sizes and shapes as well as the conventional square...
