    1/35 - M1A1 Abrams w/ mine plow - Tamiya

    Hi guys,

Just started my new work - Abrams. Just to complete my mini series of modern tanks.

It's Tamiya 1/35 Abrams w/mine plow + Eduard photoetched + RB Model Abrams Barrell.

Here are the pictures. Should be back to work on it this week later on if Diablo won't take too much time You know..

    All ready to start.

Another mini pe parts Love them

Left hand side lamp power cable (own initiative :>)

    Right hand side power cable.

PE covers look amazing! Just one need some adjustments..

    Brilliant metal barrell!

    Wheels ready to paint.

Mine plow almost finished. Just need to add some chains and hydraulic cables.

    Turret nearly finished.

Will update often during the work

That looks really nice! I've never built a modern tank before, but I'm interested seeing this one come together.

          Cheers

Sorry guys, had too much work recently. Finally I had some time to barely finish my Abrams. Well, at least assembling

And I don't really know if I'll use tamiya tracks. I'd like to buy Friulmodel tracks, but they are quite expensive. I'll think about it on my holidays next week I hope to paint it just after holidays.

            There is couple pics:

Looking very good indeed like John said the after market tracks would look great on it. But also i understand that they are not cheap, and the kit tracks painted correctly will look good.

Hope you have a great holiday also
