sorry folks but i got a bit carried away and forgot to take more pictures but i am moving forward with the build , i have went for the rubber tracks as it is the best option for me , the plastic ones have a bit more detail but i think i can get a better finished tank at the end of the day time will tell

        Nice job so far mate.

Great detail alright. I have no problem in using rubber tracks either lol.

              Looking good.

I'm not surprised that it went together quickly it does almost build its self. May I ask; did the metal barrel come with the kit, or is it aftermarket. I don't recall my one having a metal one...:-/

Also I have to ask, did you mask or paint free hand. It's a nightmare to mask, all those ridges and bumps.

This might well be one of my next projects, either that or a Crusader.

hi guys thanks for the responses , Ian the barrel is metal from Poland via evilbay and not in the kit , i airbrushed the base coat and was unable to come up with a plan to put on the brown , as you said Ian there are a lot of bumps so i brush painted the brown i had thought of plastacine/bluetack but thought there would be paint creep and also i did not want to break anything off.

LOL I'm having flashbacks to my first one, I just had to do it in the Cantour camouflage. All those nice strait lines to mask....

I might have to have a look into the barrel for the next one. I think I know where you got it for. RB's?

                            Oh that's nice.

You made a great job of that Steve.

                            Five stars from me!
