First of four legs done! I couldn't resist :-)

A bit worried about the build seam in the middle of the legs.

I’m not sure, but I wouldn’t consider it impossible that the seat is on a screw thread so it can be raised or lowered a bit. (I checked the American Tech Manual for these guns in the hopes it would have a picture that happened to show this detail, but unfortunately not.)

Jakko, I could imagine something like that, too. Thanks!

If it is still being manufactured then email them and see if you can get a replacement part

Or just build it with the hood off and show off that nice little flathead V8 that should be part of the kit. Cheers, Rick H.

I should try that. Havn't attempted with ICM before. Mirage from Poland sent a replacement part straight away. Dragon does not send replacement parts, I conclude based on my own and others' correlating experiences.

I built the engine, too. Can take a picture later. I usually build my vehicles so any hood can be lifted off for viewing, but I am not sure how I feel about doing without it entirely. It might make sense if it was never on a railcar, but as a war museum exhibit.

Thank you, Steve. It is a pleasure to build it so far. What I need is time, not motivation ;-)

Two legs are better than one, ai think. Here it is :-)

I met the t-shirt monster last night when building that leg, actually :-/ Spent 15 minutes turning on lights and crawling on the wooden floor before I got the good sense to pull my shirt over my head to see if the small hook part was stuck there.

Below, check out a picture of the beautiful and detailed wheel screens :-)

                          So many parts still left:

Nice progress, I have the Tamyia version part built I will get back to it one day.

How about a photo of the progress for detail comparison? :-)

Nice work Christian, you're making a great job of this kit.
