                        Hi all
Sorry to dissapoint you all there's not a bratwurst in sight.
I started to build this kit at 10 am and finished at 2pm every thing went together easily
I've scratch built a hinge and handle for the chimney and a rack for the rear of the kitchen but I'm not sure if it was installed on all of the field kitchens as I can only find it on later version's

very nice going,Colin, looks real good, well done,
as for your added ,hinge, handle, and rack,I think you should be alright with them,
as with most things people do alter them to suit there needs, and is a good idea,
                          to me,
