Now this looks well interesting. I have a vague recollection of these around Aldershot and Osnabruck in the 70’s and also from the movie The Wild Geese.
Where in SW France do you live if you don’t mind me asking? I just got back from Toulouse.
On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

Hi, SW France, hour and a half north of Bordeaux
I actually took my driving test in one of these back in 1970 when in the Royal Marines. Drove them in Singapore.

Cheers Mike :sleeping::sleeping::sleeping:

Could do with some larger images though.

Hi,
Hopefully these will come out better, took the box out and photographed the pieces earlier.

The resin pieces are moulded very well with very defined detail.

A start has been made on the cab.

Etch and white metal detail stuff........

The decals. The '21' decals and Commando daggers are for the truck I drove in Singapore...

Rear of the chassis.... once all the metal work is fitted then I'll do the pipework and air lines.

Extras bought for the part load

Hope the pictures show the kit off a bit better.

Cheers Mike :sleeping::sleeping::sleeping:
