It's a tractor

The main reason for this build is to try a few diffrent things on the painting front hoping to be able to then adjust them to suite 1/72 so were see either way I haven't worked at this scale for a very long time so please tag along and share the pain

So as you can see hardly breaks any records on the parts front and 11 sections on the instructions how fast this one goes I don't know so don't go holding your breath but I'm sure I'll plod on Dave.

And not a bad looking tractor kit David, I will tag along, even if it's only to see what your doing with it.

I love the old tractors, I have a 1956 ford 8n with loader attachment.
She still does her job to this day!

Hi Dave.

This looks like a really cool kit and should be a snap for you to build Sir. I'm in to see what you want to try with the painting! Will it be finished by Tuesday???

Jim, that is one nice Tractor you have there. The colors remind me of International Harvester and/or some Massey Fergusson finish!

Prost

Dave

Shouldn't take to long to put together. Look forward to seeing the wet stuff. Will you be putting it with anything else or on a base on its own?

Steve

I’m tractor kinda guy also. I found this while Searching for reference pictures for my 1/72 Brewster Buffalo build and then I seen your post thought maybe you would like to have it for some reference material

Nice pics Lee no need to try and correct me for what I'm about to show I'm a large handful of artistic licence kind of guy and flip the bird to accuracy most of the time (for me it is just a past time come sort of hobby) like the blokes and the banter , 1/35 struth wanted to me to make fanbelt from string 2018 and all that nicely moulded distributor cap shame no HT leads still had a bash ,I like a bit of etch but was well out side my zone ,fanbelt from masking tape and HT leads from Albion Alloys slide tubing and nickel silver wire hope pics don't make it look as bad as it really is will update when more to show Dave
