1/72 Autocar U-7144-T with Cargo trailer

Done a little more work tonight. I didn’t like the wheels and axle I put on here years ago so I replaced them with the new Airfix wheels from the fuel tanker. I also installed the windshield and test fit the wheels on the truck. Looks to be coming together well - overcoming the kits shortcomings. The Value Gear stuff is good - not expensive and nicely made. Your "real thing" looks very impressive.

The cab and fenders don’t marry up very well but over all the Acar is a nice kit. Thanks for stopping by

After painting the tires and wheels I really didn’t like it at all. The tires do not fit right on the wheels to my liking so I when to the parts box and found some old PST wheels and bored the Airfix tires out to fit now I’m satisfied with this I’ll do some touch up and on to the rear wheels.[ATTACH]319448[/ATTACH][ATTACH]319449[/ATTACH][ATTACH]319450[/ATTACH][ATTACH]319451[/ATTACH][ATTACH]319452[/ATTACH]
