The next bit will be to put the roof on then add the guttering etc.

I have tried to represent a stable type door. It is made from plastic sheet with plastic hinges, pewter rivets for the hinge bolts and a lever latch made from copper wire and pewter sheet.

The other doors were all made in the same way.

Paul , sorry for late reply, wow wow wow, just perfection.
Nothing more or less. Especially like the personal door how you have not slip matched the boards. The bolts heads spot on .

                  Hi Paul,

I wouldn't take Si's threat too seriously my friend. With his knitting skills he will probably end up on the 6 o'clock news…….."A local Sussex man had to be freed by the fire brigade after he knitted himself into a cocoon and couldn't get himself out of it....With some oxygen and some new meds, the emergency services said he will be fine………………."

                  Prost

                    John,
Your buildings show a great deal of flair and imagination and are very nicely made.

Well I think everyone has said all there is say on your build, I definitely think you should write a how to book.

Hi All, a little bit more work done on the cook set and limber. I have tried to make them look used but not to dirty as I would imagine the cooks would try and keep them reasonably clean. One strange thing, the decals don't appear to be written in German but Polish?
They still need a final matt coat and dusting.

Now the fun bit trying to sort out there positions on the base, I want them to look aesthetically pleasing but also practically laid out.

Next thing to do is work on the court yard and the barn/lean to.

                              Hi Paul,

I looked at the decals in my kit with strong magnification and saw the same thing. It might be the Japanese version of German or Polish. The decals are so small, no one will be able to read them anyway. They could say "caution, contents may be hot", but who knows…..Looking better with every up date my friend. Here, it is still cooking temps wise and no fun or table time!!!
