My TR4A is like that, has two mounts at the front of the engine and one under the back of the gearbox.

I have had a quick look but nothing is obvious.

      Dan,
Unless I have missed something or miss built it there doesn't appear to be a support for the gearbox either.

            Hi Scottie
Certainly a testing kit to build. As Jakko said there must be a rear engine support somewhere down the line.

John, you mean there was cake! This went together more by luck then judgement.

Looking at the photos, is that a 'lug' at the back of the engine (on the bell housing) which could be a location point, is there one on the other side? Could be the rear support.
                Still, it's going together well.

Spent the day putting some fiddly sub assembles together. There is even a tiny drain tap that won't be seen and will be knocked off every two minutes.

Some of the detailing was PE and some is scratched.

Missed this one until now Scottie, looking very neat. I would have thought the engine would have a pair of mounts, one on each side, then a mount or two for the gearbox, maybe missed off on the model?

As always Paul very precise work , that PE support on the steering wheel is a good example of your skill .

Gee whizz Scottie, you've started already and run into the MìniArt twighlight zone. :smiling6:

Apologies for being late, brought my own bean bag. There was one actual displayed at Shizuoka but I paid little attention to it but noticed the funny over hang of the canopy over the two sides of the front cab. I think I may have a group photo with it...let me check.

If you're closing up and not showing the engine, just add a piece of plastic to hold it in place if you can't find the locating plug. We're not going to see it anyway.:smiling3:

                              Cheers,
                              Richard
