When I did my Famo, I thought that they where the best link tracks I had everhad the pleasure of. Easy to build and worked very smoothly. The effort you put in is showing Dan.Comment

Hi Dan, she's coming along nicely, that trailer though will make the Famo seem like child's play.
Was gifted a Famo tractor without trailer, am running a thread on here somewhere, have been so busy
she's been neglected as of late.
Battled covid in April and emerged victorious, and since have been adding to our livestock, clearing land and building a smallish barn for
our new herd of goats (25).
Hope to get back to the bench soon, in the meantime I'll be checking in to see how you are doing.
I sympathize with your track woes, but I do have 95% of mine done.
Cheers, JimComment

Jim. I'll be honest, I've been hoping and waiting for you to fire up your Famo thread again. Glad you've beaten the bug, but 25 goats ?
I was brought up by a Billy goat, my parents couldn't afford a nanny.
I thank you, I'm here all week.Comment

Dan, I missed your build and just caught up: a really nice job.
Will follow with great interest.

Just a quick update. Started painting the tracks.

Also, decided to go for it with the PE, so I ruined the radiator grill....

Hopefully it'll be worth it !Attached FilesComment

Dan,
The tracks were well worth the effort mate, and nice work on the radiator. This is certainly looking good.Comment

Thanks for the kind words, folks. Sadly I'm off up-country for a few days so no modelling until Wednesday at the earliest I would think.
I'll have a plan of action by then I hope.
/ Not the old " Oh, I know, I'll do a diorama with the famo in a workshop having a front end refit" plan either.Comment

Not often you see Devon classed as “Up country” is it :tongue-out3: Pretty far North it is, Barnstaple maybe……Comment
