I really like the dirty windows and the scuffed/damaged end of the plank underneath the spare wheel Steve. I feel your pain about this kit. Ive been building it a bit, become weary of it, take a week off to dabble with a couple long-term dio's, then come back to it. This kit has not been a delight for me, either. I'm planning on completing mine but it's been more work than fun for me. I think it's a good kit with nice detail but definitely for the modeler who craves challenge ! Not so much me...

Hi Steve,
Somehow I've managed to completely miss this til now!
I love the weathering on the load bed especially, although it's obviously looking great all round
Top stuff indeed!

Will do Steve, currently it's in sections and mostly primered black though. And on hold due to faded interest. But I'll see about getting back on track and getting it to a presentable stage for a pic or twoComment

PS I have to say, I was fortunate to have had a straight frame so that saved some headaches. But my wooden bed is a bit wonkyComment

At last I've managed some progress - not finished yet, just details and bits 'n' pieces to go - but a rough outline of the finished result. Will call this finished soon and maybe resurrect it for a diorama.Or maybe just scrap it - a horrendous build , my worst ever! I hate the end result!
Steve :disappointed2:

Damn Steve, That's some really good work and a great finish too. What's not to like about...Ok, so the kit wasn't the easiest to build, but the end product is fantastic. Don't even bin it Sir.......................
Now let me get the crick out of my neck....................................
