Well, no one makes registration numbers for 6ton and above trucks/tractors. A real bummer. I will proceed as I can w/o them in hopes they will become available somewhen. Have completed 1st squad Treadway, Baily, Dora, & footbridge sections, all w/loads. The work continues.
That last photo , the amount of hrs put in to building those must be tremendous. The fact that the loads are slightly different makes it visibly interesting .Nice one Paul .

Well, my engineer elements now have 160' of M2 Treadway, 120' of floating foot bridge, 60' of 20 ton Baily, & 60' of 20 ton Dora, all loaded up w/16 inflated pontoons for the M2 Treadway. I still have some details to do for the two combat engineer company vehicles & the Bridge company HQ section.
Found some old pics of modifications to the ROCO Corbit model. Here I add front hook to position towed pcs. under better observation, compressed air gladhand & piping for braking, fuel filler & scratched a mid position winch.
Rear compressed air gladhand.
Removed right side fuel tank & add pioneer toolset.
Modify load bed for dropped seats & winch access. Added folded cab tilt.
Added scratch spare tire holders, steps, tailight & electrical access holes.

Just found 6x6x6 pics. of mods to ROCO long wheelbase Bridge Erector model. Removal of right side toolbox & modify frt. bumper for winch access.
Added spare tire & holder, grabs, angle iron bumper stiffeners & front hook.
Added pioneer tool set, lift chains, bed front bolsters, lift controls & operators' step.
Better view of operators' step & controls.
Later I added work lights, brackets for gas/water cans, & mounts for chain spreader and gaff hook.
