Slowly moving on. Decals now applied with a few casualties they were nice and thin and appeared to go on well only to flake off a little while late despite setting solution. Still the important ones are in place. The paint work received the oil spot wash and a the first pin wash.

Next the side car frame was added and the two modified struts fitted.

In this picture you can see the modified support struts and the added detail including the rotary switch to the gear selectors.

Still have to add a few parts to the bike the decal and glass to the speedo, detail the lights and continue with the weathering.

          cheers

Those photos could so easily be confused with the real thing.

                    Blimmin Eck mate,
That really is top notch, I'm heavily into my bikes,(and have been looking to restore a crated up either Zundapp or BMW R75 Combi since about 2014),
Loving what you're doing with this, superb stuff.

... Saw a few crated up R75's for sale back in about 2015, due to circumstances I couldn't follow them up TBH,(and if memory serves, they were only about four grand), I'll be back in the hunt this Summer mind

No thank you ,I dont own any factual reference books but am in possession of some nice glossy modeling/ technique books not to copy but they do help you go in the righ direction and the pictures are inspiring ,lots of people lose faith in this hobby because they can't understand why theirs won't come up to what they see else where ,I've been there but have learnt to not be daunted by what I see others do just take inspiration from it. Dave
The same as Tim has inspired me to get figure painting i dont suppose ill come up to what the lads on here knock out but hey they've inspired me to give it a go.
