Seat at the front please Jim.
Love the movable axle on those logs, this should be interesting.

        Hi Jim
Looks great. I've seen these off road trucks performing on You-tube.

Thanks John, "kit" is a RTR (ready to run r.c.) in 1/16 scale made by WPL RC.
I love watching 'truck trials' on u-tube, you should check them out if you don't already know about them
          It's a Euro-thing (God bless em).

I've upgraded her to a much more powerful 280ma. motor (up from a 160ma. motor) and a 2000ma. duel battery system (stock battery was only 700ma.)
On battery is under the bonnet and the other is mounted on rear deck as there was not enough room for two batteries under bonnet.

Also replaced plastic drive shafts and knuckles with white metal replacements to handle extra power and torque.
Chains are wired directly through foam filled tires.

Will make up a basic roll over protection bar system when I can find a suitable dowel or tubing to work with.

N.I.B. name comes from guess where?

Thanks Jim, just getting a start on something a bit different,
Love the "trials" guess they are outlawed now though, along with just about everything else...

Thanks for looking in, I always need a side project or two when working on a larger project so I don't
            go stale on it.

Got a little something else coming on the side so to speak, I think I'll call it "Grumpy Bear".

            Jim.

Thanks guys, for those who were wondering about the size of her, I compared her to some 1/35 scale stuff just so
can get an idea. Even the mighty Hunting Tiger can be toted about quite easily.Click image for larger version
