    Jagdtiger foliage

Recently I've been struggling to find my model making mojo, so I've picked this nearly finished one up again.

Just after some thoughts/opinions about the foliage I'm thinking of using on my Jagdtiger....

Good or bad, any feedback is most welcome

    TIA

The foliage looks right to me.

In scale and not overtly bright.

As above, this does look natural and it certainly was used so why not? Love the paint scheme by the way, very nicely done.

              Thanks guys & gal

The leaves are actually from a small bush that I pass on the way to the tube station! It looked ok for for modelling, so I broke off a sprig

I'll see if I can find out the type of bush.

              Thanks again

Looks perfect for the job! Will it stay that way, or can you treat it somehow so it doesn't dry out and collapse?

That's actually about as dried out as they get John. I left the sprig a few weeks to see what effect a lack of water would have.

Look up drying herbs in a microwave in Google, it would work with natural foliage to I suspect. However, don't blame me if you have a bush fire in your microwave........
