My first few sets of soldiers painted

Hi I'm new to all this. Very much a beginner only been doing it a few weeks so don't be too mean. Here's my completed airfix 1/32 scale Japanese, British and Australian units ( my son has played with them so a few guns have been broken/paint chipped off) what's everyone think?
