Scratch made seat belts feedback needed

I am building a Revell 1\32 P-47 but the cockpit is rather sparse and in need of some seat belts so not a fan of scratch building so a quick Google and a found what seems to be a simple way so here's my first effort I just need a bit feedback good or bad.

I just did a search scratch building seat belts on YouTube and the first video has the most easiest and simple way as my set was built and weathered in about 45 minutes

I think they're pretty good, Peter, having made some myself.

            Cheers,

I would suggest trying to close the open ends of the buckles a bit better, at least if they end up visible when the cockpit is in place in the model.

What materials did you use, masking tape and copper wire?

Yes,my next try should be a little better the masking tape once weathered does give a good finish.
