    Tamiya Steyr

Im currently building a 1/35 Tamiya Steyr. It has a plastic mesh that you cut to size to form the grills on the engine hood. Ive not come across this before and my liquid poly or poly cement does not adhere this mesh. Anyone else come across this within a kit. What did you use to bond it.

Cheers guys. I agree this is a super kit. It simply falls together a delight to build.

Mesh glued in now, I used Forular 560 canopy glue which seems exactly the same a standard PVA.

If it's the same mesh that they gave you with the Sdkfz 222 you have my sympathies when I finally got it stuck on it decided it would start to fray, brilliant gave up and bought a sheet of brass mesh. I do like the tamiya steer I have the icm offering hopefully it will be as good as the tamiya one.

you often get it in car kits for mesh over radiators or in grilles

ive always used tiny amounts of superglue
