    best glue for rubber wheels ?

    hi guys I need to glue rubber wheel covers to the plastic wheel hub , what's the best glue for it ?

    I would go with PVA type glue Steve

      I have tried revel contacta but it wont hold very well also tried cyno it doesn't do the tyres any good I think the tyres are made from a type of silicone ? it is the tyres for my centurion that I'm working on and it is a pain .

        How about Uhu glue? That's safe on rubber. Or 5 minute epoxy.

          I would go with PVA. That sticks most things....sort of

            I would go with PVA in this case. Not the strongest of joints but those tyres are not going anywhere.

              Have you tried wheetabix left overs, I mean every time I leave my breakfast bowl on the side they dry rock hard and its a job to shift em !!!!


              Cornflakes are another tough drying substance.


              Course you could go with the majority and say PVA

                A dab of silicone bath sealant should do it, but PVA is probably fine too!

                  Weetabix as nothing on scrambled or poached eggs if not washed immediately from cup/saucepan.


                  As for the glue I'd use 806 super glue it's amazing stuff.
